Nickel plated copper wire is a silver coloured wire that contains oxygen free copper wire with nickel plating and is manufactured by wire drawing process. In addition to this, Huawang is capable of providing nickel-coated soft copper wire through annealing process to change its physical properties.

As the nickel plated copper wire is composed of a copper core plated with a concentric nickel layer, the characteristics of this nickel layer include high corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties, as well as the reduction of high frequency loss in HF applications. Our copper nickel wire is provided with a diameter range of 0.02mm - 2.6mm, and a wide selection of insulation and self-bonding enamels.
